AssetPilot audit log
AssetPilot records who changed what and when. Every asset has its own Activity timeline, and Admin → Audit log shows every event across the site. Admins and Managers can open it.
What is recorded
Each event stores the actor's Atlassian account id, the time, the asset and what changed, including before and after values for edited fields. Typical events:
- Asset created, edited or deleted, including bulk changes
- Status changed, with the required note
- Checked out or checked in, with assignee and due date
- Issue linked or unlinked
- Assets created or updated by an import
