AssetPilot Connect posts AssetPilot for Jira changes to Slack incoming webhooks and Microsoft Teams Workflows or connectors. Configure event filters per channel to control which changes it receives.
Pre-release
AssetPilot Connect is not on Atlassian Marketplace yet. It requires AssetPilot's app REST API, which is not in production. This page describes the release candidate.

Add a channel
- Open Slack & Teams and select Add channel.
- Choose Slack or Microsoft Teams. You can't change this later.

- Select Save, then Send test to check the card arrives.
Channel behaviour
- Event filter per channel. Choose which changes each channel receives, such as check-outs and repairs only.
- Daily digest. Posted at 08:00 UTC with overdue check-outs, expiring warranties and low stock.
- Content. Cards include the asset tag, name, status and assignee display name, with a link to the asset in Jira.
- Storage. Channel URLs are stored as secrets in Forge secret storage. They are never shown in the browser after you save them; the field reads Configured •••• 1234.
Each channel shows its last delivery. Failed deliveries are listed in Activity, where you can redeliver them.
