AssetPilot dashboard

The dashboard is the first page in Apps → AssetPilot. It answers three questions at a glance: what you own, who has it, and what needs attention.

Dashboard with 248 sample assets across two locations.

Stat tiles

TileShows
Total assetsEvery asset, with how many were added this month
In useAssets in a status with the in use category, and their share of the inventory
AvailableAssets in a status with the available category, ready to check out
Needs attentionThe number of alerts: expiring and expired warranties plus overdue check-outs. Select View alerts to open Alerts.

Counts follow status categories, not status names. If you add a status such as Loaned, choose the category it belongs to in Lifecycle so it is counted correctly.

Charts

  • Assets by status shows a bar per status in its lozenge colour.
  • Assets by type shows how many assets each asset type holds. Select Manage types to open the type list.

Attention tables

  • Warranty expiring in N days lists assets whose warranty ends within the threshold set in Settings → General, with a days-left lozenge.
  • Overdue check-outs lists assets past their due date, with the assignee and how many days overdue.

When nothing needs attention, each table shows Nothing needs attention.

Recent activity and purchase value

Recent activity shows the latest changes with who made them. Select Open audit log for the full history in the Audit log.

Total purchase value adds up the purchase cost of every asset that is not retired, per currency. Set the default currency in Settings → General.

Light and dark

AssetPilot follows Jira's theme. In dark mode every chart, lozenge and table keeps its meaning.
